Finland’s largest property investment company that specializes in owning, leasing and developing logistics and industrial properties, Certeum Oy was founded in 2014. The company’s web services were to serve as a channel for increasing the company’s recognizability and presenting the range of properties on offer.
What we did
We built property investment company Certeum’s web services into working order nimbly in three weeks. The website was produced using Drupal, and after the MVP version was published, we continued to develop the services according to the client’s wishes.
Results
Due to a working collaboration the website was up in record time. The web service’s search filters make sure that finding a suitable space to lease is fast. Available properties are clearly visible and the web service also works as a distribution channel for business information.
Specializing in leasing, owning and developing logistics and industrial properties, property investment company Certeum Oy was founded in fall of 2014. The largest owners of the company are the Varma Mutual Pension Insurance Company, Sponda Oyj and The State Pension Fund. Certeum owns close to a billion euros in properties and is one of Finland’s largest property investment companies.
The web service project was kicked off with a partner chosen by the client a little under a month before the site was made public. The strict schedule required the client to adopt a lean mindset and agile work methods.
Despite the strict schedule, the site was up on time. This project is a good example of how a service can be set up quickly when the priorities are clear and everyone concentrates in reaching a common goal.
